I blew up the city were you get the mission frm the grl were she tells you 2 find her brother do I still look 4 him

If you didn't fail the mission for blowing up Megaton, yes, you can. You don't have to, but I would strongly suggest it. Just set the mission as your active quest, and it'll tell you where to go. If you end up sitting in the middle of nowhere with the marker sitting right under your feet, you've failed the mission essentially. Sorry.

Yes it is another mission. It is called blood ties, you find that the parents were attacked by a vampire type thing the you lean of a group. They are locted in a part of a metro station. You find the brother with this group. You can leave him there of if your speach is high enough you can convince him to go home.
