Hello, I can't seem to find the radio relay dish for GNR radio I've searched the Capitol building and museums any help would be appreciated thank you

The location is marked on your map as the museum of technology and be careful because outside of it is about 6 or so super mutants and you need to be really well armed.

Go to the Museum of Technology and fight your way through it until you find the Lunar Lander Module. Then look on it for the big dish on it, and tear it off. Then take it to the top of the Washington Monument and hook it up.
