The doctors are in all the citys except big town were you need to recue her

In Megaton, if you go straight down the slope you'll see a building to your right. It should be on the ground level and say clinic when you walk up to the door.

Also you can just use a bed to sleep for 1 hour and it will heal you. If you don't own a bed, you can rent one in moriartis saloon from nova or the weatherly hotel in rivet city, or any of the many unocupied beds you can find throughout the wastelands.
