Megaton city and if you defuse the bomb they offer you a houst there which is a great idea cause you then get to store all your stuff there

THIS MAY BE A SPOILER SO READ AT YOUR OWN WILL.
There are a couple of towns I found so far. First off there is Megaton, which everyone probably found. Then there is Big Town which I think is somewhere near Megaton, Northeast maybe. There is also Rivet City at the bottom right of the map, under D.C. Tenpenny Tower is also kind of a town but in a building. It's at the lower east side of the map. Then there is Arefu which I dunno where it is exactly, just ask Lucy in Megaton, she wants you to go to Arefu for something. That's pretty much all the towns I can think of.

Arefu is nw of bigtown there is also underworld wich is a ghoul city under the museum of history
