I chose the love ending where's my sister because it say that your family comes back and that you can see your sister ??

WHELL beacuse if you read carfully it says she is in a never ending forset and she met a tall skinny man who said you and her would be together one day soon so I think she is in a diffrent world but hey at least you got your dog back!

You get a letter from your sister, but you get your dog back, the new see the future DLC may shed some light on this.
