I played the game and end it by picking love then I get a letter from rose but do I get to meet her if so how

No, you don't get to meet her after you beat the game. She's just saying that she's fine.

No, all you get is that letter. You can't find her anywhere else in the game unfortunately. That may be left until Fable III.
