Easiest way is to invest in magic blast and sneek up to him hit him once the run back untill you have a chance to hit him again in doing so should kill him. Or a neat trick I have found from having to face him so much is to have your bow out get his attention and go behind the piller to the right by the door were you fisrt walked in and shoot him once then hide behind piller repeat untill dead don't try shooting him twice you will DIE.
