Below is a list of the parchment location in Broken Valley:

There is one in the chest at the Goblin camp near the fallen log bridging the river.
Cross the log bridge mentioned above and follow the path through the canyon. When you come to a stone bridge, you will see one of Bellegar's shrines. There is a chest there containing the parchment.
When you are standing at the entrance to the bandit camp, look to the left of the building where Christoper is/was. There is a chest behind a wooden wall with the parchment.
The final piece of parchment is past the mine at another one of Bellegar's Shrines in a chest.
