I took a car from the parking lot and t-boned them at top speed and killed two of them. Then I just shot the last one with the smg.

The way I did it on foot was to get a katana or something and go and lure them so they hit a tree. Becuase they arn't too bright they'll get stuck and if you run round to the back the gunner cannot turn to shoot you. You can then easily lay into the gunner and then the driver and the passenger.
You then have access to the amazing gun on the back of the jeep
