I'm not sure about the first, but I remember getting a lawn mower, just outside one of the doors, that take you the the middle area...to the left of some glass doors.

1) To get motorbike inside you have to beat isabllia (or whatever her name is) than you get her bike which I thik is stronger than the one outside.

2) It's outside the food court and also in one of the stores.

1) You have to defeat Isabela She is in 1 of the first couple of missions when you defeat her the motor bike will apear in the mall in north plaza outside the supermarket.

2) There is 2 places were you can find the lawn mower. First place you can find it is in the leisure park just outside the entrance to the food court. The second place is in North Plaza you will have to find a place called Crislips Home Saloon Go inside Crislips and near all the shopping trolleys you should find the second lawn mower.
