How do you pass the case when you have to bring back the medicane and every time I bring it back it says case passed then case failed please please help me !

You have to be very quick about it. The fastest way that I've found to kill the psycopath store manager is with the katana. I sliced him in the back six or seven times and he went down. Get the medicine and run back to the sercurity room as fast as you can and talk to Jessie.

Another really good way is to go to the warehouse befor you fight him and pick up a stun gun( normally found in the boxes) when your in the supermarket and fighting him make him run into a wall. The get out the stun gun and attack him once and you just hold X down and he will die really quickly.

Yeh that is what happens to me as well and either of them hints don't work iam thinking you might have to kill sean the green mask leader but now they have all dissapeared and I might have to start it all over again

Once wen I talked 2 her the case passed but wen I talked 2 her the second time the case was failed mayby you hav 2 talk 2 her only once
