Saving People...

Is there an easy way to save people because they always die when I try to take them to the security room? The only people I have managed to save have been the old couple right at the start and the dude with the sore leg. Also, is there a way to open the shutter between the entrance plaza and paradise plaza?

Question one well you can try to give weapons to them and food when they need it .

2. The shutter does open you need to beat one of the levels in chapter two

Theres a couple relatively easy ways to save people.
1. When you defeat Adam (the crazy clown) and stop the ride there will be a mall worker on the ride. He'll guide you to a secret way in the womens bathroom that warps you from Wonderland Plaza directly to Paradise Plaza. From there you just have to make it to the security room

2. Give people weapons. Shotguns and Uzis are the best Ive found, but you still need to keep an eye on them to make sure they don't get overwhelmed. You can give them food to restore their health as well.

3. Frank can assist some survivors by carrying them or holding their hand. This is great because for some reason the zombies pretty much ignore you and you can just run through massive crowds of them without much resistance.
