When you get overtime mode if you go back to where you killed adam the clown will the chainsaw still be there when in overtime mode anddo the mega man boots let you keep and item forever?

Nope. All the boss weapons (Including the Meat Cleaver, Machete, Mini Chainsaw, and Weapon Cart) disappear in Overtime Mode.
