Secret agent men

After all the casses are compleat and the swat people come in for a massicure of zombies, can you just wait on the Heli pand? And were do the survivers go? I went in to the safe roon and all I foun was a neerdy lady zombie! Did she eat all the people? Ps. I took a pic of her to get the award thingy.

Yes you can wait on the helipad.About the surviors the swat take them away if you get there should be a note from ottis saying that they got taken away

I don't think they were taken away I think Otis said he stole a helicopter when the swat landed on the helipad and then the survivors escaped.

They weren't taken, Otis left a note saying that he and the other survivors stole a military helicopter and left. You don't have to worry about them, they're safe.

No, you can't just wait on the helipad, because you need to talk to Isabella first or you won't get ending A.
After doing whatever you need to (Trying to get the Jessie Picture, stocking up on supplies, whatever) go to Carlito's hideout. Wait there until 10:00 AM when the Special Forces leave. Talk to Isabella, and NOW you can leave for the Helipad. Don't worry about enemies, all the zombies are dead, and the Special Forces have left. Just make sure you're standing on the Helipad at noon.
