On some missons when that thing is blue or yellow I have to wait. How do I just hurry up and do it??or do you have to wait????

The game is very much time based, and is scheduled pretty well. I don't think there are any ways of skipping time, to play through your missions and such quicker, sorry.

You can't skip time but you can go on a killing spree to pass time or you could save people (i just kill survivers)
