How do you leave a door open in the gun shop? When I press B it shews me in the store and I die

Oh, it works kinda strangely. When you open a door from the outside, it swings open right? Now, If you walk in a room and close it from the inside, you close the door, but remain inside. So, for Cletus, open the door from the outside and hide behind the other door for cover.
