After you get all skill advancments in any of the skills -( strenght, driving, shooting, agility, bombs/explosions) is there an extra skill advancment??
In key to the city there is an option to put your strenght and agility skills at the "super agent" level.

There is no extra skill advancements after that no, however if you max out all of your skills completely there is an extra achievement. And yes there is an option to max out all your stats in keys to the city, however while in keys to the city saving and achievements will be disabled.
