There is no such thing as Co-op campaign. There is Special Ops though, which is something like that. Special Ops is where you go back to parts of the campaign and complete missions for stars. I suggest doing it with a friend or with someone online, and if want achievements, do them. It's hard to do by yourself, and some require a friend.

No co-op in this game.....again(MW 1),but they added a spec ops mode where you can play with a friend online or offline going through various missions of CoD4 and MW2

No, you can't play the Campaign in Co-op like you could on COD:WaW. The only co-op thing is Spec Ops.

if you wanna do that buy call of duty world at war, but you can do co-op spec ops

Sorry mate, but there is no co-op for the story mode. The rumor is that Infinity Ward felt like the players were not taking the games seriously when they had co-op for the story modes, so it was intentionally not included here.
