Is there any way to play in 3rd person view in campaign or spec ops? Does finding all the intel unlock anything?

Finding all of the enemy intels unlocks achievemants. I don't know if there is a way to play as third person during campaign or spec-ops, but you can play in split-screen multiplayer. Just go to Game Settings, And choose Third Person, then make it yes. I hope this answer has helped you out.

Um you can go to third person in campaing but not in spec ops and for the intel for every some rendom amount you will unlock acheivments

You unlock achievements for getting intel pieces.
And no you can't play the game in 3rd person aside form multi-player.unless you modded the PC version

You can't play anything bar Multiplayer in 3rd.
Finding all 45 pieces of intel unlocks in total 3 achievements / trophies. Thats about it, no cheats or other such things like in Call of Duty 4.

The 3rd Person POV for game play was added late in the development of the game and is only available in the online multi-player modes. Specifically it is available in Standard Mode Team Deathmatch (only) and it's availability is effected by HUD Mode settings and the requirement that all players be using it.
To answer your question, no, this POV is not available in Campaign Mode or in most of the Spec Ops side of the online play.
