For the achievements for this game, what do you have to do for the "secret" achievement? I read through all of them in the cheats section but I can't figure out which one I didn't do. Thanks

The first secret achievement is to die 20 times at one checkpoint, which can be done by dropping grenades at your feet at the start of a mission. The second secret achievement is to go over a ramp while in a jeep.
