I'm not sure, I haven't found any, They disappear afterwards I think, as they were just part of the decoration. Don't count me on it though, as all the pumpkins appear in the cleaners closet.
I think they're in the asylum yard. At least, they were in the PS2 version. But, checking there is better than nothing. ;) Oh and if you get stuck there (whenever I go to the asylum for fun, I can't find a way to get out) get caught by one of the orderlies.

The mission smash it up go in the building turn left and smash the gravestones up!!!!
Darkdreamer99 it was NEVER in the asylum yard I completed the game 100% on BOTH platforms they in the warehouse on the mission smash it up anyway you get an edna mask
When you do the mission smash it up turn to the left and youll see a giant stack of tombstones smash them all and youll unlock a secret
Clothing item youll unlock the edna mask
