Date of Question: Sep 10 2007 | Question ID: 96374 After a consectutive battle if you get the bonus HP or MP up magic defense, attack, magic attack and magic defense up do the added stats stay with you after the battle and increase your overall stats or is it just for those fights and then your stats return to how they were before the bonus? |
They are only temporary stats which "disappear" after the battle. However, if you get, for example, a Hit point bonus, then you have recovered some HP after the battle. If you look closer to these BOOSTs, then you will see that HP and MP BOOSTs go OVER what you originally had and increase it further, therefore, if you had 20 HP out of 40 and you got a HP BOOST, then you would exceed to 50 HP, but after the battle you would be back on 40.

The stat boost's do not stay after the battle. However if you get your Hp or Mp restored then you will still have full hp/mp after the battle but the maximum value will not go up permanately.
