To stop the train, change weapon to handgranades hot swop to guy nearest to train run towards train along the tracks and throw 2 - 3 handgranades at front of train, Hot swop to the guy to the back nearest to the station shoot front of train with normal gun.
I found this works best, may take a couple of goes but you'll get there in the end.

You have to throw gernades in front of the train then from a distence shoot the front with a normal gun

Hey all them other answer are retarded... All you do is once it says to destroy the train there will be para troopers just hot swap to one and you should be down the tracks towards where the train comes from and there will be a turret get on the turret and get ready and point it down the tracks and SHOOT the train will get real close but if you don't stop shooting it it will blow before it passes you SIMPLE AS THAT
