The Truth glitch

The Truth glitch
I was finding all the symbols for The Truth then I got puzzle number 15 I completed it. But now wherever I got there the database thing that says Gilda Delladri DI Venezia with a red flashing thing on it's top left corner. How do I get rid of it if I just finished The Truth it's getting annoying when I try to press < to go to the map quickly. And when I forget I need to do the puzzle again but this time I did the exact same thing I did b4 when I solved it once but it said it's wrong. Can someone help me get rid of this glitch or tell me how to correctly(if I did it wrong) do the 1st puzzle.

If you didnt finish all the puzzles for each glitch it wont let you unlock more than 5 or so. So you have to finish the puzzles for all the glitches
