Head on over to the panau main airport, located near the city, and go the the back off it were you will see a small stone pillar sticking out of the ground go to the other side of this and there will be the titus jz [the fastest car in the game] Ta the!

An easy way to get armor parts is to go under small bridges and there will be a armor part on each support beam and u will get tonnes of ARMOR
So I was just sitting there playing Just Cause 2 when I got bored and drove a armored truck off the side of a mountain I didnt feel like bailing so I rode it all the way down well it flipped like crazy and hit a couple trees other than a couple of dents and scratches it was fine there was no smoke coming from it or anything so just then I thought huh I wonder what happens if I do this with a car I did sure enough same thing it was fine (except for when it hit the river on the bottom of the mountain then I couldnt get it out :|so pretty much the cars and trucks don't really take any fall damage (MOTORCYCLES DO)also the sling shot technique not many people actually do it it is much faster than cars unless you have a really fancy one but it is actually quite simple some people say "Oh I can't do it because I don't know how" well I'm gunna tell you how what you need to do first is aim the hook really far away once you do that shoot out the hook and bring youself flying forward once you are almost done just press A to open the parachute once you do that you should be flying pretty good now this is where people mess up |||| DO NOT CLOSE THE PARACHUTE|||| simply keep it open and keep shooting the ground in front and below you to keep momentum and if you want to go higher just hold backt the left stick (could be right I don't quite remember) That is all now you know what some people will never know show your friends! You can BASE jump 1000 Meters off the Mile High Club.
Just remember to open your Parachute for it to be counted as a BASE Jump.
Call in a Sirkin 15 Havoc (Prefferably fully upgraded), then find a checkpoint.
Land you chopper, the attatch the nearby Oldman on a medium sized line.
Now pick up the car, and kill the ground troop wandering around the checkpoint.
If your heat goes up, cut the line and fly off to find another checkpoint.
In the North-west corner of the map is a very strange island.
There's an EMP machine there, which will destroy your plane/boat, so watch out.
There's a quest relating to it named "Stranded".
But anyway, on the southern end of the western beach is a crashed plane and message saying "Search".
Apparently, this is the plane from "Lost", the TV series. The hatch is supposedly around that area too.
Also, on the eastern side of the beach, at X 3645 Y 2422 is a beach that is very similar in appeareance to the ones at D-Day.
Tried doing an awesome stunt, but had to bail cause your car was about to blow up?
Well, if you stay in you car when it blows up, provided you're in free fall, you'll be fine!
Once the car stops though, you're dead, but you can jump out before then and you'll live.
Doesn't work if you're driving normally.
Stuck trying to fly low for 30 seconds?
Here's some tips:
1) Do it around water, or on a river
2) Get the Peek Airhawk (I think that's the name. The propeller one with the landing gear always down)
3) Start doing gentle circles with the plane
4) Move the camera so you can see the underside of the plane to check how close you are to the ground
5) If the main part of your plane touches the water, it will blow up. Avoid. (Wings and landing gear touching it are okay)
6) Don't accelerate or deccelerate when trying.
7) Sometimes, the game seems to glitch when using the Airhawk, and starts the Low Flyer timer much earlier than other planes. If it does, kepp doing whatever you're doing, and you should get it (This is how I got mine)
Need a car/boat/plane, but can't find one?
Simple!
Go to any challenge that requires a vehicle of whichever type you want (land, sea, air) and the game will give you a vehicle, usually a good vehicle, and almost always that small propeller plane for air ones.
Now, hop in the vehicle and start the race, and go to wherever you want. You will run out of time eventually (about 1 minute), but the game won't reset, leaving you with a nice new means of transportation.
When you fully upgrade a vehicle, it will add on a usable machine gun to the vehicle.
If there's already a Machine gun on it, it will most likely add rockets.
It probably does nothing to the Makota (the motorbike)
At X29601 Y16151 is a whale.
Blow up it's stomach to reveal an armor piece.
At X7390 Y16151, surrounded by dense jungle, is a hot air balloon.
Simply shoot off the sandbags, and hop in and you'll be able to start foating up into the air.
Find a billboard of Baby Panay, the president.
Now, if you rappel onto the billboard just where his face is and press activate/use Rico will draw glasses and a mustache on him.
