You can use garbage cans as cover sometimes.on the mission floodgate and the mission before it.going through the little maze with all the crates there will sometimes be trash cans that are open.you can jump inside those.to get out though you have to throw a grenade and then jump.use this hint only on easy.Anything harder in diffuculty will kill you.
