It disables their controls resulting in failure to move. Now for the best part.Charge up... Turn into monitor(if you don't know how to pause the game and look for the forge option)fly up...turn into human next to a hornet or banshee and it fires the charged bullet All thats left to do is enjoy a few laughs hi-jack them while their on the ground and keep on killing.
