When you've got an enemy on low health, you cannot get pass the First Top Turret, as it blocks you out. Now I will show you can.

1. Chase an enemy in the top (without destroying the 1st top turret) and make it just above the place where they can go (the lift which takes them up) you will notice that if you try to it will not work.

2. Now try to do it repeatedly, then you will eventually glitch through the lift. I recommend going at the top place (where the healing is) and stay there. If your clunk, or a huge meat-head who can absorb a lot of damage, then distract the 1st turret so your team can attack it from their way and the AI will get confused.

Note: Try this repeatedly as it doesn't always work 1st time.
