In the map prompt, push Up, Right, Down, Left, Up, A. You will hear a sound if you have entered the code correctly.
Every bonus will be unlocked. But the code also disables upgrade missions.
Every upgrade:
In the map prompt, push Up, Left, Down, Left, Up, A. You will hear a sound if you have entered the code correctly.
All unarmed upgrades:
In the map prompt, push Up, Down, Up, Down, A. You will hear a sound if you have entered the code correctly. Enabling this code will prevent the training missions from being accessible.
All driving upgrades:
In the map prompt, push Left, Right, Left, Right, A. You will hear a sound if you have entered the code correctly.Enabling this code will prevent the training missions from being accessible.
All weapon upgrades:
In the map prompt, push Right, Left, Right, Left, A. You will hear a sound if you have entered the code correctly.
Boost:
Hold Up and push A(3). You will hear a sound if you have entered the code correctly.
Extra car mass:
While in a car, display the map screen. In the map prompt, push Down(3), A. You will hear a sound if you have entered the code correctly.
Show Nick's coordinates:
In the map prompt, push A, B, X, Y. You will hear a sound if you have entered the code correctly.
Impound garage cars unlocked:
In the map prompt, push Up, Right, Down, Left, Up, A. You will hear a sound if you have entered the code correctly.
Unlock a bum:
Submit the license plate name B00Z. Hold L + R when Submit the license plate nameing the letters and selecting "OK".
Unlock a SWAT member:
Submit the license plate name 5WAT. Hold L + R when entering the letters and selecting "OK".

While playing the game, collect 30 bones. You can find them marked in yellow on the map.
Bonus FMV sequence:
Finish the game with all three endings.
