When you go into the Green Dragon Inn go and speak to rose up at the bar. Keep talking to her until she asks you to retrieve a cask of cider. Do this and she will give you a set of silverwear as a house warming present. You can use the silverwear at the mill up in the loft where there is a mound of dirt. Face the mound. Then scrole onto the silverwear and push the black button. You will get elf shots (which are great because you can hit enemies from realy far away). You can do this three times. Then if you want more you can exit the mill, then go back inside and do it all over again as many time as you want. Then when you've gotten to The Inn of The Pranceing Pony you can give the silverwear to a hobbit named Nob who will then offer you a potion or arrows. Just make sure you do this before you talk to the in keeper.
