At the troll shaws just befor you get to Rivenale, when you have to get Frodo through all those goblins and have to keep giveing him athelas so he does'nt die from poison, find the three stone trolls. Go to the middle one and start striking it with your sword. Keep doing this until a light shines above his head. Then give it a Beryl Stone. It will then give you two more back.
