On the level Three... Thousand Miles to Shell City you will come across a dude with a hammer and two guys that belch. Kill them and look at the rock wall to the right. You will see a little water. In the corner it is a different shade of blue. Jump to it. You are now under water. NOW walk under where you killed the 3 enemys. You will fall. It is very strange.
