Shadow Tong is the last major case on TC NYC the only problem is I don't no which mission inside that case you are refering too, there is:
A Bad Crowd
Homeward Bound
Hard Sell
Workshop Rumble
Human Cargo
The Rat Race
Sesame
If you could tell me which one of these missions you need help in i'll try.
