How in the world do you get the demolition radio to work?!?!

First of all you need to press start and go to either game options or sound options I forget wats there and there should be the option of the demolition radio and you checkmark the songs you want then you press ok and B till you're bak to skateboarding then it should play but it may take a min. P.s also go to sound options and the music volume should be up all the way (10) and the other lower than 7 to hear it....
