Hey I'm at the Ellesworth penitentary and I just took the walkie talkie out of the office. I have to be back in my cell in 1 minute and 30 seconds. I tried to retrace the same way I came into the office but I keep getting stuck by the gate where Jamie initially gave me a boost over. Step by step how do I get back to my cell before the time runs out?

You don't. You don't ever have to go back to your cell to my knowledge. Just complete the missions like regular and don't get seen. (Or, at least that's how it is in the Xbox 360 version)

Okay, go back to the place where their is a fence and a yellow bar with a small opening. Jump up on the bar and bring your legs up. Go all the way to the end of the room and drop off the pipe. You will see some broken railings on the end of the floor where the opening is but don't go down yet, look down and there will be a guard, wait for him to get right under you and then drop on him to knock him out. When he is taken care of just go to the spot where you crawl through the whole in the wall and end up under the bed, come out and the game will go into a cut scene where a guard will come up to your cell and say that you have a vistor and Sam will go with him and begin talking to Lambert. Hope this helps. And remember, do not go down the latter that you went up to get to the room with the yellow pipe, go to the end of the room and knock out the guard, that is the only way to get back.
