Enchanting Trueflame

Hey, I've gotten all the three blade peices, and have assembled the blade "trueflame" but can someone give me directions to the place where I have to go to get the writings so I can get it enchanted.....It's susposed to be dwenmer ruins called Bamz-A something or another.....Thanks for the help.
