First, you have to talk to the Administrator. After getting permission, go to the Enclave Sublevel. Search it, and you'll find Vrook had been ambushed! Go to the Kinrath Kave (lol) and search around, and you'll find a pack of mercenaries! I'd advise saving your game before charging in. Now, what do you do? Do you pwn the mercs? Or do you let them take Vrook to Nar Shadaa? I've never let them take him, so you could try that to see what it's like. Or not. Whatever you decide.

Is he in the enclave or in the plains?

Master vrook can be located in the planet Dantooine. He is in the crystal cave. He will be in a container and can only be freed if you kill all the mercenaries nearby. If he is not in dantooine, try the planet na shadaa.
