How can you become a sith lord early in the game also can you get a red and green lightsaber combo

You don't need darkside points to get a red lightsaber. Either take one from a sith you kill or harvest red saber crystals from the caves on Korriban.

To become a Prestige Class (sith lord) you need to be atleast level 15, and your alignment needs to be 75% into the darkside, if you have both of those done, talk to kreia, after she finishes speaking, choose to be a sith assassin, sith lord or sith marauder.
Just do that, choose your class and enjoy you newly increased dark power
