On PES4, you can not really do an over-head kick, you can do them tilted, but not over head. Double tap shoot, at the right time when the hard cross comes in, it won't work with a lofted cross.

When the ball is coming on one of your player and the player is facing the ball, pull the left analog stick in the same direction that the ball is moving.
