It's straight forward. You click on season mode and then select 'Load Season'

Have you saved you're season, cause when I 1st got the game I didn't save cause I thought it was auto save, so make sure you saved the season, then when you click on season mode it should ask you 4 either new game or load game den clik on you're saved game.

First start the game, after that start a season and save it. When you will open again you game, just press load and load the save file that you created before.
