All my players stats are going down. What is condition regulation is that training to improve stats? I left comp to do normal training for more than an hour and none of my players stats went up. However some of my players stats go up when i play a match but not all of them and the players that stats go up never change.

1) Older player's stats will decrease and younger player's stats will increase. Nothing can be done to help that.

2) Condition regulation doesn't improve stats it returns players condition arrow to a better one. Blue and grey arrows describe players in bad condition while green, yellow and red describe players in good condition. So condition regulation should be used before every match.

3) Condition regulation only needs to be used until you are given the message saying that your player's condition is OK. It's really just for you to help practice on otherwise.

4) Playing games is the only way your stats can increase. The players involvement will decide which stats increase and by how much.
Hope I've helped.

Old player stats are always going down, just like in reallity. You can only improve the stats of the players at the end of the season at the training.
