I'm in mandarins palace and I have no idea how to get onto the veranda were he teleports to.......and I can't get up because when I teleport up an ultimo teleports me back again!

You see those little spider bombs??? Well, the trick is to get them to follow you to the teleporter. When you get close, JUMP over the teleporter and get the spider to walk on and teleport itself inside and blow up the Ultimo and transport you inside. Repeat this for the rest of the level and you will beat the Mandarin!!!
