I know the fortified residential zone is in the sewage facility, but I can't find it. I've been going through the whole sewage facility and can't find the place. Can somebody please give me the directions to the fortified residential zone?

Well it's in sewer in the sewer is kiboka hill, bottom of the sewer, and the fortified resi zone, it's the one that used to have a giant sewer lid on it hope I helped
