I'm on the level where you have to destroy the oil platforms and I keep getting killed by the guns mounted on the oil platforms - how do I destroy the oil platforms and advance to the next mission?

You beat the platforms by grabbing the red barrels the boat is dropping into the water, and smash and break them onto one of the four corners(repeatedly untill you smash at least two legs off the platforms four corners).and you can get rid of the guns by grabbing the yellow balloons or head butting the mounted gun.
