I have two questions. The first is why isn't my game saving? I have to start over every time. I am using my codename. I get to the part where I open the safe and if i quit it doesn't save and I have to start over.

The second is how do I open the doors that won't open? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

You have to beat a level to save on it, and get out the decrypter, aim at the control pad next to the door, and hold the "fire" button until all four numbers show up. The door just swings open.
