After Serena is thrown out of the helicopter she is free falling. make James jump off the cliff to catch her but beware of the ledges and platform . You must manuver James thruough these and catch up to Serena once he gets close to her.

James will grab serena and use hishook and shoot it into some rocks. I can say this you probably won't catch her the first time, because you'll have to practice manuvering the obstacles and the goons shooting at you as you fall downwards. I hope this helped you out.
