It really depends on what kind of fighter you are more accustomed to: If you ike using someone who can throw more blows and use weapons longer but isn't as strong or magically talented as others you chose Furious Ming wisely.
If you like using people who can throw much stronger blows but less and not that magically talented as others you should choose Tiger shen.
If you like using people who can use more magic abilities but are more fragile choose Scholar Ling or if you have the Limited Edition you could also choose Monk Zeng.
If you like all-rounders you should use Lu the Prodgidy or Wu the Lotus Blossum.
Also if you don't like the look of the character you want to be and you want to look like someone else you can customise the character the way you want them and choose their abilities.
