Why is flying school so tough?

I am stuck on the part of flying school were you fly up and go threw the rings, I can't even climb and get threw the first ring up every time I do it stalls out on me and I crash. I try to climb up slow it still don't seem to work. Can anyone help me out on this, maybe I'm missing something. I was really into this game till this point, I gave up for a few months and thought I would try it out again. I don't think I can go any further in the game till I get the pilot license. Seems like this is the hardest mission and thats sad. I hate games were you have to get license's, it makes no sense to me.

Yea, I don't think it's that hard either, I passed it with all gold the first time I did it

Im with you on the hating license bit, as I don't get gran turismo games for that reason, theres like a bazillion licenses to get, which really irritates me.

However, the fflying missions on SA are easy, use the 1st person camera, that helped me alot.

HAH, right, anyone sayingn this is easy clearly isn't playing the PC version!! The controls are absolutely ridiculous and over-sensitive. Great game until this point, might take me a year to get past it at this rate!

Try pulling up the landing gear. 2 for pc on default

I am struggling on the PC, it's an absolute joke how difficult it is. I did all gold on the xbox, but now can't even complete the third "lesson"

It's a shame because I wan't to continue with the game
