In Oakvale a ghost askes me to find the treasue he buried and give it to his wife he says it's on the western beach by the jetty looking out to sea where is that and what is a jetty?

It is on the left side of the dock. But just dig it up, keep the treasure, then go to the cemetery and dig beside the big statue of the person with an axe. Then you can keep the treasure, and get the ghosts reward.
What you do is get a shoval and walk the way to the house you lived in and turn left and you will see the beach go there and on the right side dig until you can find it
Its not at the beach, instead it's at the memorial garden,to the right of the big statue
1. Go to the other beach in Oakvale you will see a large dock go to the left of it. The treasure is buried right there.
2. A jetty is a dock.
