I never heard of that glitch,but if it turns you 18,you should look young.
Ok when you are doing the save the archeoligist quest that was givin to you by maze go to the temple of avo donate 48000-53000 gp then save the game then load the game to the file you just saved on. Yes you do look 18 again. There it can't be anymore simple than that.
It's not a glitch you either have to sacrifice people at the chapel of skorm, or give enough money at the temple of avo
